MindREset for Abundance

Japa Yoga and Julia Falci invite you to join a 4-week immersive program to experience and learn techniques to self-regulate your nervous system and navigate periods of change and transformation with a positive outlook and an abundant mindset. This is an inclusive program, all are welcome, and the delivery is trauma-informed. Only 10 spots available. 

FORMAT

  • 4x weekly sessions, LIVE on Zoom

  • Wednesdays, from Oct. 16 - Nov. 6 2024

  • 6pm - 8pm  PST
